What was the problem you were trying to address?
We wanted to better represent our client's 360-degree IP and analog cameras. The cameras are extremely thin, which allows them to be discreetly mounted. Making the cameras viewable from within 360-viewers highlights the physical attributes.

From our regular product photo shoots, I know it is not easy to take good pictures of our helmets. Being a core safety feature, the hanging nylon retention strap and buckle must show nicely. You can't just set the helmet on a table and take a picture. WebRotate 360 did a fantastic job in building a custom solution for the photo shoot and then the interactive 360 degree product display functionality we use on our website. They are very responsive and professional, the end result was great. We will certainly use their services again.

What was the problem you were trying to address?
Searching for replacement laptop batteries can be confusing for the average consumer. Many battery models look the same but actually have minor differences between them. A stock photo just does not provide enough detail to distinguish these differences. In order to make the right decision, a shopper would have to compare other technical information such a part numbers and specifications.

We thought of taking 4-6 photos of each product to cover all the angles, but WebRotate360 was a much better option. It provides a complete 360 view with magnification. The online shopper can just hit play or move the slider to see all angles versus having to click on multiple images.

So far, we've noticed far fewer "Is this the correct battery I need?" phone calls and emails. Because of the detail in the way we present the product, I feel that our shoppers are more confident to hit that Add to Cart button without having to second guess themselves. With that, our reps and sales people have more time to address other questions. Over time, the small investment will pay itself back and many times more.

I searched the internet and found companies that could take photos of my product on a turn table. I found other companies that claimed they could convert the images into a flash application.
