Having spent two months trying to find an ultimate online invoicing/CRM system we finally zeroed in on FreshBooks. It took us another couple of days to integrate it with our backend... 

As of yesterday, our CRM site is live! It's accessible via the Login menu on our website.

Here's a list of features that we’re now offering to our customers:

- Personalized access/account.
- Projects tracking/collaboration.
- Dedicated support ticketing system where you can submit/track tickets with your specific technical requests or issue reports.
- Invoice tracking.
- Invoice payments.
- Document dashboard where you'll be able to find helpful tips and guidelines.
- History of your recent activity.

We've been pretty busy these past several months…

Our new website is live! A new studio room is now ready. We upgraded some equipment (new cameras, tables, light stands). Our dev folks managed to come up with a simpler, more streamlined process for generating our 3D Flash product animations.
