Very often when we receive a quote request submitted via online quote form on our website it looks something like this:

The problem here is that it’s very hard for us to guesstimate what it will take us to assemble a setup for our 360-degree photography, what equipment to use, what post production steps to take to generate best 360 views possible.

Part of the issue is that our quote form currently lacks few important entry fields. Until it’s fixed, here’s some additional information you can provide while filling out our Quote form that can greatly speed up the quoting process and likely save you some $$ as there would be less unknowns for us to have reserves for:

-          Dimensions of your largest product, roughly and its weight if heavy (> 20 lb).

-          Product colors are very light

-          Your product is made of glass, polished metal, very reflective or transparent

-          Any special requests (i.e., mannequin, black background, top/bottom views, etc.)

-          A link to your website where our 360 views will be hosted.

Best of all if you can share a photo of a sample product, send it our way too. You can send it directly via support@webrotate360.com right after you submit your online request.

Since we started offering our basic 360 package, we only included one standard user interface theme ("grey"). And then we would ask for an extra fee if a client needed a customization to the look and feel, viewer dimensions, etc. After giving it a little bit more thought, we decided to generate free UI themes (as promised to some of you) so you could get more for less!

We hope to build a collection of free themes for our standard 360 viewer in the nearest future.

We are working with some of our customers on producing short surveys and case studies for publishing on our website. Something we should have done long time ago... We'll also include examples of the 360 product veiws in Flash that were developed in each case.

As suggested by one of our clients, we launched Kampyle feedback form on our website. It's a pretty cool feature that hopefully will allow us soliciting feedback regarding our online presence from the growing list of our daily visitors.

 Don't hesitate to ask us about "old fashioned" Flash/Flex development even if there's no 360-degree rotation involved.  For instance, we can make a single product shot and then convert it into a nice Flash animation with animated hot-spots, interactive active areas, product description and similar.
